SD 公司培训体系的研究与再设计 12 四川大学 工商管理硕士(MBA) 学位论文 题 目 SD 公司培训体系的研究与再设计 作 者 郭耀荣 完成日期 2008 年 3 月 日 培养单位 四川大学 指导教师 陈维政 教授 研究方向 人力资源方向 授予学位日期 年 月 日 摘 要 我国在加入 WTO 后,随着经济的全球化趋势,企业之间的竞争已变的更加猛烈,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。如何有效地进行人力资源开发,提高员工的素养,改善员工的工作绩效,已经成为企业获取竞争优势的关键。培训在企业的人力资源开发过程中已处于越来越核心的地位,培训的效果也直接关系着企业战略目标的实现。因此,根据企业实际情况,设计出一套有效的人力资源培训体系,帮助企业在复杂的市场竞争中保持人才优势,赢得竞争优势,已经成为人力资源管理中的一个重要课题。

  顺应这种趋势,SD 公司决定完成人力资源管理体系的变革,以习惯公司进展的需要,并成立了人力资源管理项目组,很荣幸笔者成为其中的一员,负责培训体系这一模块。笔者于 2007 年 12 月-2008 年 3 月,系统的完成了 SD 公司培训体系的研究与再设计。在论文中笔者首先分析了公司的进展战略,根据公司的进展战略,得出了公司的人力资源战略,然后结合公司的人力资源现状,与公司现有的培训能力,完成了培训体系的再设计。在培训体系的设计中,笔者充分考虑了理论与实践的结合性,将成人学习理论、麦基罗成人学习知觉转换理论、麦克卢斯的余力理论、诺克斯的熟练理论等充分的应用到培训体系设计之中。同时在实践中又完成了相应的创新,比如引入“企业 MBA”、“企业卫星商学院”、“学分管理”、“学历管理”、“知识管理”等。

  本文分五章:第一章是本文的绪论,简述研究企业培训的背景、目的、思路及方法;第二章介绍了现代培训理论与方法;第三章先后介绍了 SD 公司的概述、进展战略、人力资源培训原有状况的分析与诊断;第四章是结合第三章提出的 SD 公司企业培训中存在的问题及面临的逆境,从培训的组织体系、流程体系、课程体系、辅助体系四个方面,对 SD 公司企业培训体系进行再设计。第五章是对再设计的评价与建议。
